ARP S.A. announces a tender for the lease of a modern production and warehouse hall in Krosno.

Tender information

The Industrial Development Agency S.A., Mielec Branch, announces a tender for the lease of land properties developed with a production and warehouse hall, located in Krosno at 20 Prezydenta Ryszarda Kaczorowskiego Street, within the EURO‑PARK MIELEC Special Economic Zone. The subject of the procedure is the making available of the property under a lease agreement concluded for a fixed term of 10 years, for production or service activities in the environment of the domestic supply chain and modern defence.

Subject of the lease

The subject of the lease includes parts of plots with a total separated area of 14,614 m², parcel numbers 401/12 (Przemysłowa precinct) and 2483/11 (Suchodół precinct), for which the District Court in Krosno keeps land and mortgage registers numbered KS1K/00126543/0 and KS1K/00126544/7. The property is developed with a production and warehouse hall with office and social facilities with a total usable area of 4,248.73 m², together with accompanying technical infrastructure, including parking areas, fencing and access points from the municipal road. The facility is located in the industrial part of Krosno, in the immediate vicinity of industrial buildings, within the area covered by the local zoning plan “Przemysłowa I – investment zone”.

The starting monthly lease rent for the subject of the lease is PLN 84,974.60 net, plus applicable VAT. The bid bond required to participate in the procedure has been set at PLN 169,949.20, payable by bank transfer to BANK PEKAO S.A., III Branch in Rzeszów, account no. 70 1240 4764 1111 0000 4866 8668, no later than 11.08.2026 at 7:00 a.m., with the reference “Wadium Przetarg Krosno”. Tenders must be submitted in sealed and opaque envelopes at the ARP S.A. Branch in Mielec at ul. Partyzantów 25, by 11.08.2026 at 10:00 a.m.; the date and time of receipt of the tender shall be decisive. The tender opening by the committee will take place on the same day, 11.08.2026, at 12:00 noon at the ARP S.A. Branch in Mielec.

Tender evaluation criteria and intended use of the hall

The subject of the lease is intended for business activities of a production or service nature, excluding waste management activities, in particular the storage, warehousing or processing of waste. When selecting the most advantageous offer, ARP S.A. will be guided primarily by the offered monthly net rent amount (weight 90%) and the bidder's business profile, with particular preference given to activities in the aviation industry (weight 10%). The facility is equipped with the necessary technical infrastructure, including water, sewage, power and gas connections, as well as ICT installations, which supports the development of strategic industrial investments in the region.

Interested parties may submit questions regarding the SIWP until 3 August 2026 to the e‑mail address europark@arp.pl, and an on‑site inspection of the property is possible after arranging an appointment in advance with the ARP S.A. Branch in Mielec. The tender is part of ARP S.A.’s and the EURO‑PARK MIELEC Special Economic Zone’s activities aimed at strengthening the region’s industrial potential, local content and the long‑term resilience of the economy by making modern infrastructure available to entrepreneurs.
