In the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, the zone covers the counties of Bieszczady, Brzozów, Dębica, Jarosław, Jasło, Kolbuszowa, Krosno, Lesko, Leżajsk, Lubaczów, Łańcut, Mielec, Przeworsk, Ropczyce-Sędziszów, Rzeszów, Sanok and Strzyżów, as well as the cities of Krosno and Rzeszów.

In the Lubelskie Voivodeship, SEZ EURO-PARK MIELEC covers the counties of Lubartów, Lublin and Świdnik, as well as the city of Lublin.
