Call for companies for the EXPO Zone as part of the Security and Defense Dimension Pre‑Conference

Event

The Industrial Development Agency JSC (ARP S.A.) is inviting Polish companies to take part in the EXPO Zone, organised as part of the Security and Defense Dimension Pre‑Conference. The event will be held on 26–27 April 2026 in Rzeszów.

The Pre‑Conference is part of preparations for the international Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 (URC 2026) and has been designed as a platform to promote Polish technologies and industrial capabilities in the areas of security, defence and resilience. The event focuses on solutions that can play an important role both in security systems and in the processes of reconstruction and strengthening of critical infrastructure.

EXPO Zone – objectives and goals

The EXPO Zone has been designed as a presentation area for companies developing technologies and products applicable in security‑ and defence‑related fields. Its objectives are to:

  • promote Polish technological solutions in both domestic and international environments,
  • enable direct business contacts with institutional and industrial partners,
  • showcase the capabilities of companies able to carry out projects of strategic importance,
  • build relationships that foster investment, consortia and international cooperation.

Scope

The call is addressed to companies offering solutions in the following areas:

  • air defence,
  • unmanned technologies and autonomous systems,
  • military mobility and logistics of strategic importance,
  • dual‑use technologies,
  • cybersecurity and data protection,
  • countering disinformation and information threats,
  • protection of critical infrastructure.

Particular emphasis is placed on innovative, scalable technologies that can be applied both in the civil sector and in security‑related areas.

Event organisation

The organisers of the Pre‑Conference are:

  • the City of Rzeszów,
  • Rzeszów University of Technology,
  • the PRZ‑CONNECT Association for Supporting Rzeszów University of Technology,
  • the Industrial Development Agency JSC (ARP S.A.).

The Industrial Development Agency JSC (ARP S.A.) is responsible for organising the call and coordinating companies’ participation in the EXPO Zone.
