Investment financing within the PSI, the COP ARP S.A. network and SEZ cooperation in one place.

Event

On 14–15 April 2026, the Meeting of Special Economic Zones was held at Arche Pałac i Folwark Łochów, focusing on new cooperation models and on financing investments implemented within the Poland Investment Zone (PSI).

One of the key topics of the meeting were the support options offered by the Entrepreneur Service Centres (COP) of the Industrial Development Agency (ARP S.A.), which form an important complement to the aid instruments available to entrepreneurs benefiting from decisions on support. The discussions highlighted the role of COP as a practical financial partner for companies planning development, modernisation and the implementation of new investment projects.

Entrepreneur Service Centres of ARP S.A. – real support for investments

The Entrepreneur Service Centres of ARP S.A. form a nationwide advisory-and-financial network, offering entrepreneurs flexible solutions tailored to their actual needs. As part of COP’s activities, businesses can benefit from, among others:

  • financing for development and modernisation investments,
  • support for projects implemented within the Poland Investment Zone,
  • the option to combine tax relief resulting from a decision on support with capital for the implementation of investments,
  • an individual approach and advisory support at every stage of the investment process – for both the SME sector and large enterprises.

COP’s activities focus on providing companies with access to investment and working capital, while taking into account the specifics of the industry, the local market and the scale of the planned project.

High-profile event with participation of SEZ representatives

The meeting had high substantive and institutional importance. Among the participants were:

  • Bartłomiej Babuśka – President of the Management Board of the Industrial Development Agency (ARP S.A.),
  • Łukasz Kotapski – Vice‑President of the Management Board of the Industrial Development Agency (ARP S.A.),
  • directors of the Entrepreneur Service Centres of ARP S.A.,
  • representatives of all Special Economic Zones in Poland.

A special place in the programme was given to a session devoted to the cooperation model between Special Economic Zones and COP ARP S.A., during which the role of the Entrepreneur Service Centres as a key partner supporting entrepreneurs implementing investments based on decisions on support was discussed.

The EURO‑PARK MIELEC Special Economic Zone was represented by
Wiktor Cichoń – Director of SSE EURO‑PARK MIELEC, who actively contributed to discussions on the practical use of ARP S.A.’s financial instruments in the development of investments carried out in the Zone.

A shared goal: an effective investment support ecosystem

The meeting confirmed that the synergy between the experience of Special Economic Zones and the financing instruments offered by COP ARP S.A. creates a coherent and effective investment support ecosystem. This approach tangibly strengthens the competitiveness of regions, industrial development and the security of implementing investment projects carried out within the Poland Investment Zone.
