First half of 2026: 15 firms and over PLN 1 billion in investments in SSE EURO-PARK MIELEC

The first half of 2026 brought another important milestone for SSE EURO-PARK MIELEC. The value of declared investment expenditures by entrepreneurs who received support decisions under the Polish Investment Zone exceeded PLN 1 billion.

The symbolic threshold was reached thanks to the 15th support decision issued in 2026 to the company Aero Gearbox International Poland. The value of the planned investment is PLN 170 million.

Aero Gearbox International Poland, based in Ropczyce, belongs to the Aero Gearbox International group, created by Rolls‑Royce and Safran — global leaders in the aerospace sector. The company specializes in the production of advanced components and gearbox systems used in next‑generation aircraft engines.

The new project includes the development of activities in the area of flight control and actuation activities, related to the production of components used in flight control systems and aircraft actuation systems. The investment involves the expansion and modernization of the plant in Ropczyce, an increase in production and storage space, and the purchase of modern machines, equipment and production lines.

The project also has a strategic dimension. As part of the investment, production of components used in the defense sector will be developed. This is the first support decision in the history of SSE EURO-PARK MIELEC to cover this type of activity, which confirms the region’s growing importance in building advanced industrial competencies.

Exceeding the PLN 1 billion level of declared investment expenditures is the result of activity by 15 companies representing various branches of the economy:

Among the investors are both global leaders in the aerospace and automotive industries, as well as companies representing the chemical, food, logistics, construction sectors and modern manufacturing services.

The total value of declared investments confirms the region’s attractiveness for entrepreneurs and the effectiveness of the support instruments offered under the Polish Investment Zone.
